As property managers we can advise on your legal obligations as a landlord as well as up-to-date information on ever changing legislation.
For overseas landlords our property management department can supply you with an NRL no.
We can arrange the smallest jobs such as replacing a shower curtain to complete refurbishment.
We use local tradesman as well as qualified Electricians & Gas Safety registered Plumbers.
We can arrange for Inventories, Check Ins and Outs via Independent Clerks.
We can organise furnishings and delivery as well as installation of white goods from a number of very competitive suppliers.
We can arrange for additional keys to be cut or locks to be changed if necessary
Arranging these services are included within your property management fee.
Our ethos is to ensure that the property is maintained to a good standard whilst avoiding any unreasonable expenditure being incurred by our clients. Unlike many of our competitors we do not make additional charges for inspections, quotations (unless required by the contractor) or just simple advice.
