We realise how important it is to match your property to the right people, that’s why effective marketing is so important. We provide colour details or laminated brochures of your property and can incorporate floor plans and professionally taken interior photos where applicable. All at no extra cost.

To ensure your property achieves maximum coverage, advertising and Internet exposure are crucial. That’s why we advertise in local magazines, on our own website, as well as on some of the property markets best known search engines, including Prime Location, Find a Property, Property Finder, Homes & Property, Think Property and Yell.com.

We do not expect our clients to carry out viewings so we accompany all appointments ourselves, giving you as much notice as possible. And because feedback from viewings is essential, we make sure you are fully up-to-speed with developments as they happen, so you can expect regular updates from us.

Home Information Packs

Eden Harper have access to a wide number of service providers from energy assessors to solicitors. We are able to source competitive packages, quickly and professionally. All you need to do is instruct Eden Harper to market your property and we will arrange the rest. The cost of the HIP will vary, please contact one of our offices for further details.

As members of the ‘Guild of Professional Estate Agents’ we are part of a network of over 600 Independent estate agents, giving us access to buyers throughout London, Nationally and Internationally. Your property can also be displayed at the Guilds Park Lane office in Mayfair.
