Some 95 percent of the 254 homes in Phase 2 of the Battersea Power Station project have been sold within the first week of sales.

The news is perhaps unsurprising, as just a few months ago Circus West properties, the residential complex released as part of Phase 1; sold out in just four days.

Properties that make up Phase 2 don’t come cheap. Starting at £800,000 for a studio apartment, four-bedroom homes are just above £4 million. The developer said that 75 percent of the purchasers of these homes are by UK residents.

The Battersea project is sited on a 42 acre area that overlooks the Thames and is just over the river from Chelsea. The project aims to create 3,400 homes, as well as offices, hotels and green spaces.
