Brixton hosts a different kind of date this Valentines Day

If you are after a different kind of Valentine this February ‘SoLo Craft Fair’ at Brixton Village, Unit 97, will be treating guests to a ‘Blind Date with a Book’ on Saturday 3^rd February 2024 and subsequent first Saturdays of every month.

From 11am – 1pm staff will be outside the shop with specially wrapped books for you to take away for free (on a first come first served basis).  Recipients can choose their date from the descriptions on the wrapping paper with one lucky reader also finding a £10 gift token for the shop!  If you have a book that you are happy to contribute donations will be welcomed.

Brixton Village is a fun and vibrant market to visit for shopping and Solo Craft Shop is just one of over 60 shops which sell a variety of things from homewares and beauty to gifts and food.  There is also over 40 food and drink outlets so something for every taste if you are looking for a meal out or drinks while on the town.  All this just a minute walk down Electric Avenue from Brixton Tube Station!
