Fun-lovin' festival-goers with an appetite for fine food are preparing to treat their taste buds at a three-day gourmet jamboree in Battersea Park.

Organisers of the keenly anticipated Foodstock LDN have planned a celebration of street food, farmers' markets and craft beer all accompanied by some foot-tappin' live music on July 27, 28 and 29.

There will be an enticing smorgasbord of culinary delights on offer ranging from exotically entitled delicate bites washed down with a selection of a fine wines, to appetising burgers and curries from the street food stalls with perhaps a local craft beer to quench the thirst.

Rest assured you won't go hungry. Perhaps you fancy satisfying your hunger with fresh, delicious, authentic, handmade Japanese sushi? If you prefer a selection of vegan offerings make a pit-stop to tuck into food described as "colourful, conscious nutritional joy".

The Rich Coffee Co. will be in attendance if you are keen on a bespoke-roasted fair trade specialty coffee. Also, being showcased is a homemade cold brew coffee and a range of "awesome" single origin hot chocolates.

Or try smoked meat flatbread sandwiches bursting with flavours and aromas, South African sausage in a brioche bun with caramelised onions and peach chutney or pulled meats in organic brioche rolls, the list is endless.

Maybe you fancy being tutored in how to cook up a recipe for success when it comes to your skills in the kitchen? No problem! Take advantage of the free workshop tents, where you'll learn more than enough tricks of the trade to improve your meal-making know-how.

And there is more than enough to keep the kids happy, too. Sit back and relax as your children enjoy a wide range of activities from fun rides to face painting.

A spokesman explains: "There is something for everyone as we showcase the latest street food flavours, craft beer, cocktail bars and farmers’ market to stock up your pantry.

“Learn all about the latest in food trends in our free workshops with live cooking demonstrations. Children are treated to free activity and face painting and everyone can tap their toes to the tunes of some of London's best swing bands."
