Three bed properties make you £729 a day, say statistics

Posted on by within Property News, London

Three bedroom properties in popular parts of Central London are earning nearly eight times the median salary for Londoners.

Statistics show that three beds rose £729 per day during 2013 - at a faster rate than other properties in prime London. Apparently, a large part of the increase was gained during the last quarter, when a strong six percent rise boosted the average value of a three-bed property by an extra  £93,231.

This means the average three-bed in sought-after parts of London makes the owner £250,000 a year.

The expression 'Prime London' in this case covers a large stretch of the capital, including places such as Clapham and Balham which were only considered prime relatively recently.
