Tenants Charges as of 1st June 2019

Relevant letting fees and tenant protection information from June 1st 2019

 In addition to paying rent for the property, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

Before the tenancy starts:

Holding Fee: 1 week’s rent

Deposit: 5 weeks rent (or in the case of rental income of more than £50,000 per annum 6 weeks rent).

 During the tenancy:

 Payments to other third parties: such as Council Tax, utilities or payments for communications services

Default Charges: such as payments for the replacement of lost keys or interest on overdue rent

Tenancy Transaction Charges: such as requests to vary or assign the tenancy.

 Tenant changeovers & Early termination:

 An administration fee of £50 will be charged for tenancy changeovers per person

 Permitted payments will apply should you wish to terminate your contract early, please contact our property management department, who will provide a quote for you.

Tenancy agreements signed prior to June 1st 2019

 Existing charges as specified in your tenancy agreement will apply prior to 31st May 2020
