A sneak preview of new Battersea Power Station homes

A preview of the 254 new homes set to go up for sale at Battersea Power Station has unveiled prices for the first time. They range from £800,000 for a studio apartment to £4 million for a four-bedroom home. The 39 acre site is currently being redeveloped to include a six-acre public park, as well as office space for 5,000 people, around 200 shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

The Malaysian developers have said that virtually no apartment is the same and the Battersea Power Station Development Company’s chief executive Rob Tincknel, said that the launch was a “once in a lifetime opportunity”.
