George Osborne has pledge half a billion pounds of finance to small house building firms and extended the Help to Buy scheme until 2020, in a bid to get Britain building.

The chancellor’s aim is to create some 120,000 new homes, as he said that although house building is up 23 percent, this is not enough. The government is also providing £150 million of finance to support people to have the Right to Build their own home.
