Decorative Antiques and Textiles Fair

Held three times a year, the Decorative Antiques and Textiles Fair is a specialist event for those looking for very unusual English and European antiques and is London’s most popular event for interior design. Located in Battersea Park, close to Sloane Square and Chelsea, there are about 140 exhibitors keen to sell their work, offering a range of quality and affordable pieces for the right interiors. The Fair's pretty darn trendy, attracting the great and the good in the interior design world for the last 25 years.

Crammed with a world of exciting objects, the Fair’s appealing for vintage fans especially from all across the globe looking for beautifully painted furniture, Gustavian & Swedish design, 20^thcentury design, as well as lighting, accessories, statement pieces, prints, collectors’ items, toys and named-design furniture as well as amazing mirrors. You can certainly find intriguing and fascinating items for your home here! There are also expansive collections of Art available to view from the 17^th and 20^th century, as well as garden decorations.

Exhibitors

The Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair attracts those at the very top in their field, from exhibitors to pundits from across the world, as far away as America and Australia. These have included Anthropologie, Ralph Lauren, Candy & Candy. Thousands of buyers descend each year upon the Fair, looking to purchase unique one-off pieces. Further information

The Fair runs from 30^th September to 5^th October. Admission on the door is £10, including a catalogue which allows free re-entry. By public transport, you can take the train from Victoria or Clapham Junction to Battersea Park Station, or the tube to Sloane Square and then the courtesy shuttle car. Bus numbers: 44, 137 or 344.
