In an interview with The Metro newspaper, Kelly Hoppen, famed for designing many high profile residential and commercial projects globally; said she thinks that those new to property buying should focus on location.
She also said she wants to see prices “level out” and the gap closed between high end, middle and low priced properties.
The Dragons’ Den star also said she’s pleased with the properties she’s invested in the past and that renovation is the way to add value to property.
She also disclosed that The Royal Institute of British Architects on Portland Place in London is one of her favourite buildings in the UK capital.
