Padel Arrives at Battersea Park

Battersea Park’s Millennium Arena has launched four brand-new outdoor padel courts, bringing one of the world’s fastest-growing sports to south-west London. Operated by Enable Leisure & Culture, the venue offers year-round access and bookings via the PadelMates app or Enable Leisure website.

Prices start around £32 per hour, with beginner, junior, and women-only sessions available. Padel — a dynamic mix of tennis and squash — is played in doubles on smaller enclosed courts, making it easy to learn and fun for all levels.

Set against the park’s leafy backdrop, these courts offer a scenic spot for sport and social connection. With community sessions and coaching programmes planned, Battersea Park’s new padel hub is poised to become a local favourite.
