Career-minded 25 to 44-year olds graduates are most likely to settle down in South West London, according to Lloyds Banking Group.

The figures showed that Wimbledon is popular, as is Battersea, where property prices soared to an average of £732,000. Clapham is also proving attractive.

The allure of SW postcodes seems to be largely due to the lifestyle and proximity to London. It’s easy to access Central London from Battersea, for example, as it’s less crowded and there are many different things to do, from sports to eating out to clubbing.
