Queen visits Brixton

The Queen and Duchess of Cornwall paid a visit to the Ebony Horse Club stables of Coldharbour Lane in Brixton last week. The community riding centre is a cause that the Duchess has supported for a number of years. Established in 1996, the club helps disadvantaged children with educational needs to build their skills through learning about discipline, teamwork, punctuality and hard work.

The Royals watched young riders show off their skills, trotting around a parade ring and jumping over small fences – and apparently Camilla even gave one of the horses a polo sweet.
