Battersea Power Station Light Festival 2024!

News at Eden Harper | 31/01/2024

Battersea Power Station is once again bringing light to our winter nights by hosting their annual Light Festival between Thursday 25th January and Sunday 25th February.

The main event is the incredible light art trail, made up of 7 large installations and free of charge for everyone to enjoy.  Each day between 8am and 11pm the artworks will be lit up both inside and outside the Power Station, featuring work from UK and International artists. Giant beautiful butterflies, a colourful arch controlled by bicycles and a light show powered by piano are just some of the sights to enjoy and on Saturday and Sunday evenings during the festival LED performers will also be adding to the illuminations.

Additional activities are happening throughout the festival including a Silent Disco, free face painting, art workshops and Chinese New Year celebrations during the half term holiday. On the 21st February there is also a very special Blackout Dinner at the restaurant Jioja which will be lit only by candles and the light from the iconic chimneys, a unique way to celebrate the festival.
