We have extensive online marketing, featuring all our properties on numerous websites including all the major portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Onthemarket and Movebubble to ensure the maximum exposure. We take enormous care to utilise the best possible photographs and floorplans to showcase every property in the best way. We also have huge databases built up over many years to help target the highest number of buyers.

Terms

As an independent agent we have the freedom to offer a very competitive fee structure which enables us to provide excellent value for money. We also do not have hidden charges or add-ons for admin or marketing so our costs are exactly what’s agreed. In addition we do not tie in our sellers to long sole agency contracts as we believe our clients should be happy with our communication, customer service and results.
